The Jidenco fluidised bed-coating process is one of the most efficient and simple ways of applying a epoxy powder coating to small electronic devices e.g. thermistors, diodes, coils, capacitors, etc. Units coated with this method offer outstanding coating consistency and provide excellent electrical and chemical protection.Compared to other methods, the advantages of the Jidenco system include lower material wastage, better coating quality, less fire/health hazard, and minimal capital, tooling or running costs.
