RESIN SYSTEM PACKAGING - ROBNOR TWIN PACK

Robnor has developed the Twin Pack, a unique packaging system for supplying resin systems. It comprises a chemically resistant polymer film which is heat-sealed each end. A plastic clip-and-rail system isolates the resin from the hardener component until the pack is ready to be mixed. Mixing occurs in situ and the mixed material dispensed by the removal of a corner from the pack.

The Robnor Twin Pack is ideal for prototype work and small to medium volume production runs. Its main features include:
  • virtually free of air
  • accurate resin / hardener ratio
  • minimum operator skill required
  • robust and resilient packaging film
  • castings can be made direct from the pack, no need for pouring vessels
  • no weighing or mixing equipment required
  • operator contact with resin and hardener minimised
  • no capital expenditure on machinery
  • great flexibility, easy to use almost anywhere
  • reduced waste
  • no cleaning up or cleaning materials required.
