The Robnor range of machines are designed to meter
and mix a wide variety of two-part resin systems in the correct
ratio and to dispense accurately controlled shots of material.
There are five types of Robnor Mix and Dispense machines, the MD30,
MD36, MD60, MD100 and MD320. Each machine is custom built to suit
individual requirements, therefore each enquiry is dealt with by
one of our Sales or Liaison Engineers who will discuss in detail
the various options available before finalising your specific requirements.
Basic materials are stored in two stainless steel containers, each
of which supplies a volumetric displacement pump. The pumps deliver
correctly metered material to either a static or, at extra cost,
a dynamic mixing chamber.
Dynamically mixed machines, with the exception of the MD30 and MD100,
can be supported by an auto-purge facility, available at extra cost.
This prevents the mixed system from curing in the mixing chamber
while the machine is unattended for any length of time, causing
a single dose to be delivered at pre-set intervals under the control
of a timer.
Each machine can be fitted with a variety of optional extras. These
include container heaters and stirrers, pump heaters, trace heaters
and a suck-back facility to stop dripping.
Other facilities available include container level detection sensors
and ratio checking aids (information on the ratio checking aid available
on request. only for dynamic mixing).
Simplicity of operation and maintenance make the machines adequately
suitable for use by unskilled labour. Cleaning is very simple, a
few minutes exercise at the end of each days production.
